摘要
水是人类生存和发展的物质基础,但随着社会经济的发展,水的供需矛盾日益尖锐,水资源承载力成为水资源安全战略研究的一个基础;通过对济南水资源承载力分析和预测,为可持续发展提供对策。
Water re, sources is not only an important material basis of socio-eeonomic development,but also an replaceable natural resource. In this paper, by using principal component analysis, the carrying capacity of water resources in Jinan city in next 10 years is predicted based on index. According to the situation of water resources in Jinan city, some measures are put forward so as to provide the references for the sustainable social and economic development.
