摘要
采用数值仿真法,对气相色谱仪柱箱保温门在气体爆炸载荷下的动力响应进行了研究。通过理论分析和实验对比,确定了气体爆炸过程中动态压力变化曲线,利用CFD软件对气体爆炸载荷的空间分布进行了仿真。根据气体爆炸载荷的分布以及动态压力变化曲线,利用有限元动力分析软件LS-DYAN对柱箱保温门的结构响应进行了分析。结果表明,仿真和实验结果基本一致。该仿真模型可以有效预测气体爆炸载荷下保温门的变形情况,为保温门的设计提供有益的指导。
The structure response of a gas chromatograph oven door exposed to gas explosion load was studied by numerical simulation. The dynamic pressure plot (pressure vs. time) during the gas explosion process was determined by comparing the theoretical analysis and experimental results. The spatial distribution of the explosion load was simulated with CFD code. Based on the distribution of explosion load and dynamic pressure plot, the response of the oven door structure was analyzed by using the dynamical FEA code LS-DYAN. The simulation was in good agreement with the experimental results. With the simulation method, the deformation of the oven door exposed to gas explosion can be predicted effectively. This method can provide useful guidance for designing GC oven doors.
