摘要
文章通过分析当前大学生职业指导工作开展中存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了规范高校职业指导的理论教学、建立一支专职化的师资队伍、实现职业指导方式和内容的个性化、构建社会化的指导体系,积极探索有中国特色的高校职业指导的理念和模式。
