摘要
以甲苯为内标溶液,使用3%SE-30/Chromosorb WAW DMCS为载体的固定相和氢火焰离子化检测器,测定样品中取代基(甲氧基和羟丙氧基)含量。该方法测得的甲氧基和羟丙氧基标准偏差分别为0.005,0.000 689,变异系数分别为2.41%,1.25%。平均回收率分别为104.6%,104.2%,变异系数分别为2.24%,2.06%。
Determined contents of substitution (methoxyl group and hydroxypropoxyl group) by GC method using 3% SE-30/Chromosorb WAW DMCS as a fixed phase and hydrogen flame ionization detector. And the internal standard was toluene. The standard deviation values of methoxyl group and hydroxypropoxyl group were 0. 005,0. 000 689, the coefficient of them were 2.41% , 1.25%. Average recovery of them were 104.6%, 104.2% , and the coefficient of them were 2.24% ,2.06% , respectively.
