摘要
上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchym al-transition,EMT)是胚胎形成过程中的关键步骤,研究表明其在原发性肿瘤转移过程中同样发挥了重要作用。参与EMT的信号通路包括Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、Hedgehog、TGFβ和生长因子受体等,针对相应信号通路的药物成为有效的恶性肿瘤治疗手段。
Epithelial-mesenchymal-transition (EMT) plays a key role in the formation of embryo. At present, it is believed that EMT also contribute to the metastasis of primary tumors. A lot of signaling pathways participate in EMT, such as Wnt/β-catenin, Notch, Hedgehog, TGFβ and growth factor receptors. The drugs that affect these pathways may play an important part in oneotherapy.
