摘要 应用有限元前后处理软件HyperMesh,采用二维壳单元这一全新的建模方法,对车身结构进行有限元建模,用MSC.Nastran软件对模型求解,然后用HyperMesh软件对计算结果进行后处理分析。通过对车身的结构进行有限元模态分析,得到了在低频范围内与试验模态分析结果基本一致的模态频率和振型,有利于控制车身的固有特性,从而可以对车身设计方案进行全面的评价和改进。 With the help of the pre and post processing software for finite element-Hybermesh and a new modeling method-2D shell element, the finite element modeling for auto-body structure is carried out. The solution to the model is performed with MSC. Nastran and the post processing analysis of the calculated result is carried out with HyberMesh. Based on the finite element analysis of the auto body structure, the model frequency and vibration mode obtained are almost consistent with the result of test modal analysis in the range of low frequency. It is helpful to control the inherent characters of the auto body so that the comprehensive evaluation and improvement of the auto body design plan can be carried out.
