摘要
目的建立了测定知柏地黄胶囊中马钱苷含量的HPLC方法。方法色谱条件为：Sim pack CLC—C18柱，乙腈-水（15：85）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长232nm：结果马钱苷在20．42～102．1mg·L^-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率98．45％，RSD=0．93％。结论本法简便、准确、可控，可作为该产品的定量控制方法。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of loganin in zhibodihuang capsules. Method A Sim pack CLC- C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（ 15：85 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1 , and the detection wavelengh was 232 nm. Results The concentration of loganin was linearly related to its peak area in the range between 20.42 and 102.1 mg · L^-1 , r = 0. 999 8 and the average recovery was 98.45% , with RSD of 0.93%. Concluion This method is simple ,quick ,well reproducible, and can be used for the quantitative analysis.
