摘要
发展河北农村文化产业既是一项系统工程,又是一个全新的课题,也是河北省农村小康社会、和谐社会和沿海经济强省建设过程中的重大举措,先进的农村文化产业理念和正确的路径将激发农村文化产业内生力,引导河北农村文化产业朝着健康、有序的方向发展,并保持旺盛的活力和竞争力,从而形成一条适合河北农村特色的文化产业发展之路。
To develop rural cultural industry in Hebei Province is a systematic project and new research subject as well. It is an important move for building Hebei rural well-off society,harmonious society and a provincial power in coastal econmy. The advanced concept of rural cultural industry and a correct path will motivate the inner force of the rural cultural induslry and lead Hebei rural cultural industry to develop healthily and orderly,thereby forming a model of cultural industry development suited to rural characteristics in Hebei Province.
