摘要
探讨并比较了壳聚糖解聚成水溶性低聚物的不同途径,用GFC方法测定了水溶性低聚物的相对分子质量,证实选用NaNO2作解聚剂解聚效果良好.红外光谱测试和理化实验结果表明,Ca2+与水溶性低聚壳聚糖发生了络合,络合反应的最佳条件是:温度25℃,pH值9~11,反应时间15分钟.
This paper deals with different ways to depolymerize the chitosan into water soluble low molecular weight polymer.Molecular weight of water soluble low molecular weight chitosan was determinated by GFC.The result supports that NaNO 2 as depolymerizing agent is better.IR spectrum and physico chemical experiment show that Ca 2+ is complexed by water soluble low molecular weight chitosan and temperature 25℃,pH 9~11, reaction time 15 min is the optimum condition of the complex.
