“固态电子论”实验课程研究

摘要 "固态电子论"是微电子和电子信息专业的技术基础课程,理论抽象,学习难度大。因而其实验教学极为重要,是对理论教学的必要补充,是使学生对抽象理论加深理解的重要途径。本课程组在对该课程进行全面深入分析基础上建立了实验教学体系,自制了主要的实验仪器和装置,编写了实验指导书,开设了5个综合型实验和1个设计型实验。从已开出的三届实验课程来看,效果很好,起到了加深学生对抽象理论理解作用。 Solid-State Electronics is an elementary technical course for microelectronics and electronic information major, and its theory is abstract and difficult to study. As the necessary complementarities, experiment teaching is extremely significant, and it is an important method for students to enhance their comprehension about the abstract theory. Based on the entirely in - depth analysis for the course , the system of experiment teaching has been constructed. The main experiment instruments and equipments have been made, and a direction book for experiments is completed. Five synthetically experiments and one designing experiment have also been commenced. From the effects achieved in the past three semesters teaching, it is very effective and has great effects on the comprehension of abstract theory for the students.
