宫颈癌组织中NF-κB、cyclinD1的表达及意义 被引量：3

摘要 采用免疫组织化学方法,检测45例宫颈癌组织及30例正常宫颈组织中NF-κBp65、细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)D1的表达。结果宫颈癌组织中NF-κB p65、(cyclin)D1表达率均明显高于正常组织(P<0.05)。Ib、Ⅱa期的宫颈癌组织NF-κB p65、cyclinD1表达明显高于Ia期宫颈癌组织(P<0.05),低分化者表达明显高于中、高分化者(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移者明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);NF-κB p65与cyclinD1的表达呈正相关(r=0.649,P<0.05)。认为NF-κB、cyclinD1与宫颈癌的发病、侵袭和转移密切相关。
