本文较详尽地介绍了乳状液的稳定性理论、乳状液类型的测定、变型、去乳化等基本特征。
In this paper, the coding table format conversion program is written in C.It tranfers the WBX coding table source files discompiled by UCDOS 5.0 into coding table source files of Chinese WINDOWS and forms 24,000 items in WBX input method coding table that can be used for Chinese WINDOWS.
