摘要
目的:介绍一种改良的心脏微血管内皮细胞(CMECs)的分离培养及鉴定方法。方法:应用酶消化法分离大鼠CMECs,再用差速贴壁进行纯化。结果:用光学显微境、免疫细胞化学法进行第Ⅷ因子相关抗原染色来鉴定CMECs,其纯度约98%。结论:该法简单且经济。
Objective： To establish a method to isolate, culture and identify cardiac microvascular endothelial cells （CMECs）from neonatal rat. Methods： CMECs were isolated by enzyme digestion and cultured. Results： CMECs were identified by light microscope and immunohistochemi test （factor Ⅷ-related antigen）and the purity was about 98 %. Conclusion： This method is simple and convenient.
