摘要
用超声波分散得到一种纳米ATO改性水性聚氨酯材料,并对这种材料进行粒径、TEM、TGA等方面的测试,分析了不同的分散方法和pH缓冲剂对乳液粒径、稳定性的影响,同时还讨论了ATO量对材料性能的影响。
We have prepared a kind of water-borne nano-ATO modified polyurethane material through ultrasonic decentralization method and tested the performances of the material by Malvern ZetaSizer Nano-ZS90, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and TGA; analyzed the influence of different decentralizing methods and PH buffers on particle size and stability of the latex; and discussed the influence of ATO amount on thermal property.
