摘要
针对宛坪高速公路六车道大跨度连拱隧道具体条件,选择吴家庄隧道的典型断面,对该断面三层直中墙的内层中墙内力进行施工全过程的监测。在监测结果的基础上,考虑不同施工阶段的相互影响,对内层中墙内力进行了深入的分析,得出内层中墙在隧道开挖过程中的力学特征,并对该隧道内层中墙进行安全性评价。结果表明,不同施工工序对中墙的内力影响较大,尤其以下台阶的开挖影响最大,但是中墙在整个施工过程中都满足结构稳定性要求。
Considering the special condition of the six lanes large-span multi-arch tunnel in the Wanping Expressway, and choosing some representative cross-sections of Wujiazhuang Tunnel, their inner middle-wall's internal forces of the three-layer vertical middle-wall are monitored during the construction. Based on the monitoring data, and considering the interactive influences of different construction stages, the internal forces of the inner middle-wall are analyzed; and the mechanical characteristics during the construction are obtained. Then the safety performance of the Wujiazhuang Tunnel's inner middle-wall is evaluated. It is shown that the inner middle-wall's internal forces are affected by the different excavating sequences, especially in the stage of low bench excavations, however, the inner middle wall remains stable during the multi arch-tunnel construction.
