摘要
以Sm2O3和Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O为原料,利用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成了具有钙钛矿结构的SmCoO3复合氧化物纳米材料。所得SmCoO3纳米材料为单相性很好的正交钙钛矿结构,其产物的平均粒径约为30nm,颗粒均匀。由其制成的气敏元件在200℃时SmCoO3纳米材料对H2S的灵敏度最高为20·5,且具有较好的选择性。
SmCoO3 mixed oxide nano-materials with the structure of perovskite type are prepared by the sol-gel method in the citric system, using Sm2O3 and Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O as raw materials. The obtained SmCoO3 nano-material is in the orthorhombic phase with perovskite structure and in narrow size-distribution with an average diameter of about 30 nm. The gas sensors based on SmCo03 nano-particles have higher sensitivity to H2S (the highest sensitivity is 20.5 at 200℃) and good selectivity.
