摘要
我国的市场经济体制已经基本建立,但仍有一些深层次的问题没有解决。这些问题的解决涉及道德、习俗、文化等非正式制度。非正式制度虽然具有存在的弥散性、演化的长期性、变迁的缓慢性等特点,但人类以科学技术为代表的理性认识能力的日益强大,使得人们可以通过变革非正式制度来解决我国市场经济秩序型构中存在的深层问题。其主要途径有:重视习俗影响;塑造道德理念;建构新型文化。
The market system has basically been established in our country, but there are still some deepseated problems to be solved, including a series of non-formal systems such as morals, conventions, and culture. Although non-formal systems are permeative, protracted in evolution and slow in alteration, human dailygrowing ability of rational cognition by means of science and technology makes us completely able to solve the above-mentioned problems by transforming existing non-formal systems in the procedural system of market economy of our country.
