摘要
深部封堵技术是改善窜流型油藏开发效果的关键技术之一。改性淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚体系是新型的聚合物凝胶调堵剂。采用30m超长填砂管,模拟了吉林扶余油田的基质和高渗透条带,研究了这种调堵剂在油藏运移过程中的动态成胶性能。研究结果表明,该调堵剂在运移过程中仍能形成凝胶,其初始成胶时间与在静态条件下基本相同,但完全成胶时间比在静态条件下长;调堵剂完全成胶后,具有很强的封堵能力,封堵系数高达30000。
The in-depth sealing technology is a key method to enhance the recovery of channeling reservoir.As a polymer gel,the modified graft starch-acrylamide graft system is a new kind of profile control/water shutoff agent.An extremely long sand-packed tube with a length of 30m was used to simulate the matrix and high permeability zone of Fuyu Oilfield in Jilin,consequently the dynamic gelling property of the agent was analyzed.The result shows that the agent can still gel during migration.Its initial gelling time is as same as that of the static situation,but the completely gelling time is later than that of the static situation.After it gels completely,the agent can achieve very strong sealing ability with 30 000 of the plugging factor.
