摘要
针对液压式、机械式随钻震击器因密封材料受介质腐蚀和井底高温的影响,技术性能不稳定,使用寿命低的问题,研制了QJ159A整体机械式随钻震击器。该震击器以卡瓦和卡瓦心轴组成锁紧机构,弹性套靠压力下的变形量来控制锁紧机构解锁,打击机构产生打击。现场应用表明,该震击器设计原理正确,技术性能可靠,可用于直井、定向井、大位移水平井、欠平衡空气钻井等。它接于钻具组合,可随时解除钻进和起下钻遇到的各类阻卡。
The hydraulic and mechanical jars while drilling have unstable technical performance and low working life due to the corrosion of sealing material and high bottomhole temperature. To solve this problem,QJ159A integral mechanical jar while drilling is developed. The slip and slip mandrel make up latching mechanism in the jar,and the deformation of elastic sleeve under pressure controls the unlatching of the latching mechanism and the hammering mechanism produces hammering force. The field application indicates that the jar features correct design mechanism and reliable technical performance. It can be used in vertical well,directional well,extended reach horizontal well and under-balance air drilling. It is connected with make-up of string,and can remove any sticking problem at any time.
