摘要
在医院管理中，如何实施有效的管理，这是当前医院管理者必须思考的问题。文章以我院近几年管理的实践为例，提出当前医院管理必须关注六个方面的问题：即管理创新、管理的有效性、社会责任、核心竞争力、科学合理的评价员工业绩、制定并有效实施医院战略，这些都反映了未来医院管理发展的趋势。
In hospital management, what the administrators must consider is how to implement effective management. In this article, the authors take the practice of their hospital management in recent years as an example, and suggest that attention should be paid to six aspects in the current hospital management：management innovation, the effectiveness of management, social responsibility, the core competitiveness, scientifically rational evaluation of staff performance and formulation and effective implementation of hospital development strategies. These aspects are believed to reflect the future trend of hospital management.
