摘要
在建筑市场存在着一些非法行为,挂靠现象就是其中之一.分析挂靠现象产生的原因、存在的领域、及其带来的负面影响,有助于有针对性地提出治理建筑市场挂靠现象建议与对策.
There are some unlawful practices in construction market and the phenomenon of ＂illegal affiliation＂ is one of them. The causes, the existing field and the negative impact of phenomenon are analysed in the paper. At last some advices about solving the problems of ＂illegal affiliation＂ are proposed.
