摘要
大豆蛋白作为优质的蛋白原料在犊牛代乳料中的应用越来越受到人们的关注。本文根据犊牛消化系统的营养需要特点,从影响代乳料的营养因素等方面论述了大豆粉、大豆分离蛋白、大豆浓缩蛋白3种不同加工处理的大豆蛋白制品在犊牛代乳料中的应用现状,为大豆蛋白在犊牛代乳料中的应用提供理论依据。
Soy protein as a high-quality protein in calf milk replacer was concerned more and more. This papey based on the nutrition require characistic of calves digestive system and discussed the application of three soy protein（soy flour, soy protein concentrate and soy protein isolate） in milk replacers of calves.
