摘要
概述了直线超声电机的运动机理、分类方法及其不同于传统电磁电机的特点,叙述了国内外直线超声电机的发展及研究现状,总结了国内外直线超声电机的应用领域和前景。
A review of linear ultrasonic motor driver mechanism, elassification methods and its new eharacteristics differentiating from the traditional electromagnetic motor is outlined. Summarizing the recent development and research progress of the motor both domestic and abroad and its application area and applied prospects are also summed up.
