摘要
文章介绍了一种新颖的盲孔加工机电气控制系统设计方法。该方法以PLC、定位模块FX_(2N)- 20GM作为核心控制部件。以变频调速交流电机、步进电机、气动单元作为驱动装置,以触摸屏作为人机接口界面,实现了基于机电一体化技术构造的高精度盲孔加工电气控制系统。文章在说明了该系统的控制要求的基础上,介绍了硬件实现、软件编程和人机界面设计。在盲孔滤棒加工设备上的实际使用证实该控制系统自动化程度高、可控精度高、工作界面友好、操作简单,具有优良的性能和很好的应用前景。
This study puts forward a novel electric control system design method for blind hole processing machine. The PLC and position module FX2N-20GM are used as the core of the system and the touch screen is used as human-machine interface. The drive mechanism is designed using frequency conversion timing AC motor, stepping motor and pneumatic type control instrumentation. The novel electric control system of blind hole processing machine is completed based on electromechanical integration technique. The software and hardware platforms and human-machine interface design method are introduced in this paper according to control requirement for the system. The instrument has features of high degree of automation, high precision, kind working interface, simple operation, better properties and it has broad prospect in application.
