摘要
为了预测7A52铝合金槽型结构的焊接变形,采用MSC.MARC非线性有限元软件对该结构的MIG焊接过程进行数值模拟计算,并与实际焊接变形数据对比。结果分析表明,数值模拟计算能够预测铝合金槽型结构焊接变形的总体趋势,并且预测结果与实际焊接变形实测数据接近。
In order to predict welding distortion of 7A52 aluminum groove structure, MSC.MARC software of finite element was adopted to simulate MIG welding process of this structure, and comparison was made with the practical welding distortion data. The results indicate that the numerical simulation can predict the distortion trend of aluminum structure, and the predicted data approach the practical measured one.
