摘要
为了解《上海市老年人综合健康功能评估表》中多维功能评价问卷的信度，作者以社区老年人为研究对象，以ＩＣＣ值、Ｋａｐｐａ值（Ｋ值）为指标分析了其同一评分者评分的稳定性（ｉｎｔｒａ－ｒａｔｅｒｓｔａｂｉｌｉｔｙ）、不同评分者评分的一致性（ｉｎｔｅｒ－ｒａｔｅｒａｇｒｅｅｍｅｎｔ）及重测信度（ｔｅｓｔ－ｒｅｔｅｓｔｒｅｌｉａｂｉｌｉｔｙ）。结果表明：该问卷具有可以接受的信度。同一评分者、不同评分者和重测评分的ＩＣＣ值分别为：０．６１～０．８３、０．５４～０．８４、０．３２～０．６０，均有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。而三者Ｋ值分别为０．４６～０．８０、０．３９～０．６４、０．０２６～０．４８。多维功能评价的五个单项评分中，ＡＤＬ和社会资源的评分一致性、稳定性最好，躯体健康评分的一致性稳定性最低。本文还对影响信度的可能原因作了分析，并提出了进一步改进的几点建议。
The purpose was to examine the intra-rater stability, inter-rater agreement and test-retest reliability of chinese version of the OARS-MFAQ.The questionaire was administered to the older persons living in the community. The intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)and Kappa statistic were used to analyze the data. The conclusion was that the reliability was acceptable. ICC values for intrarater stability,interrater agreement and testretest reliability ranged from 0.61 to 0.83,from0.54 to 0.84,from0.32 to 0.60,respectively.And they all had statistical significance (p<0.01). Kappa values for them ranged separatedly from o.46 to 0.80,from 0.39 to 0.64,from 0.026 to 0.48.Among the five dimensions of the comprehensive function, the score agreement and stability of ADL and Social resources were excellent. But those of physical health were poor. The paper also analyzed the possible factors which may influence the reliability and made some suggestion for future reliability research.
