摘要
合成了新型尾式5-(4-烟酸酰氧基己氧基)苯基-5,10,15-三苯基卟啉及其Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn配合物,并用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析和质谱对化合物的结构进行了确认,通过循环伏安法研究了化合物的电化学性质.结果表明,卟啉配体与其配合物的紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱都有很大区别,锰与铁配合物的循环伏安曲线和配体及镍、铜、锌的配合物不同,除了卟啉环发生氧化还原反应外,还发生了金属离子的氧化还原反应.
A novel tailed 5-(4-nicotinicoxylhexyloxy) phenyl-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin( H2NHPTPP) and its Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn complexes were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, UV-Vis, IR, MS and 'H HMR speetroscopies. The electrochemical properties were studied via cyclic vol- tammetry. The results show that there are great differences in the infrared spectra, UV-Vis spectra, mass spectra and ^1H NMR spectra between the ligand and the complexes. The cyclic vohammetry of NHPTPPMnCl and NHPTPPFeCl are different from the ligand and NHPTPPNi, NHPTPPCu and NHPTPPZn, which showed not only the redox of the porphyrin ring, but also the redox of the metal ion.
