摘要
建筑业作为支柱产业,面对开放式的全球制造和供应链管理,为适应现代竞争的要求,推行建筑业供应链管理势在必行.传统建筑项目采购存在着选择过程效率低下、采购过程规范性差、质量控制难度大等缺陷,通过对两种模式的采购特点的比较,构建了供应链管理环境下的建筑业采购数学模型,给出了最佳经济订货批量和最佳生产批量,证明了供应链采购策略的最优性.利用模型优化结果指导建筑项目的采购活动,可以降低成本,提高效益,增强企业的市场竞争力.
Aiming at the disadvantages of inefficient selection process, bad criterion of purchasing process and difficulty in quality control for traditional construction project material purchasing, by analyzing purchase characteristics of two models, a project purchase mathematic model under supply chain management environment was set up based on the optimal theory. The optimal Economic Order Quantity and the optimal Economic Production Quantity were obtained, which proves the optimization of the supply chain purchasing strategy by using the mathematical method. The construction project purchasing using the optimized model can reduce the costs, improve the benefits and market competition.
