摘要
用模糊聚类分析的原理和模式识别方法,对2004~2006年近3年来全国抽验的氨咖黄敏胶囊质量进行进一步分析和评价。选择氨咖黄敏胶囊检查项目中对乙酰氨基酚含量A(%)、咖啡因含量B(%)、重量差异C(RSD%)、崩解时限D(min)4个检验指标,采用模糊聚类分析的方法,将符合药品标准规定的116批样品进一步分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3个等级。116批样品中Ⅰ(优)级品24批,约占20.7%;Ⅱ(良)级品81批,约占69.8%;Ⅲ(可)级品11批,约占9.5%。本品所采用的质量标准方法是可行的,能有效的控制其质量,对本品质量的提高具有促进作用。但是本品的优级品率较低,说明生产厂家需要进一步改进工艺,严格执行生产规程,努力提高产品质量。
A model evaluating the quality of Paraletamol Caffeine Eartificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules is established by fuzzy cluster analysis and the pattern recognition.Using the model,the products which were investigated in 2004 to 2006 were analyzed and evaluated further.The four testing indexes were selected,as the content of paracetamol and caffeine,weight differential and time limit for disintegration.The quality of the capsules was evaluated with fuzzy cluster analysis and the pattern recognition method.And the 116 lots capsules sampled and tested were divided according the current standard specification into three classes(showed by Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ).The results showed that about 20.7% of the lots is classⅠ,69.8% of the lots is classⅡ,9.5% of the lots is class Ⅲ.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.But there are a few of lots according to classⅠ.It suggests that the pharmaceutical factory should make a further effort to improve technique and operation level.
