摘要
心肌梗死后心肌存活性的判定可以预测功能受损心肌在血运重建后的功能恢复,对制定心肌再灌注策略具有重要意义。多层螺旋CT(MSCT)评价冠状动脉病变的价值已得到普遍肯定。在静脉注射造影剂后5~15min行此检查称为延迟增强MSCT(DE-MSCT)。动物实验和临床研究均证实DE-MSCT评价心肌活性与核磁共振、单光子发射计算机体层摄影、正电子发射体层摄影等检查有很好的相关性,具有广阔的应用前景。
Diagnosis of myocardial viability after infarction focuses on the prediction of functional improvement of dysfunctional myocardium after revascularzation therapy and it has an important sense to institute reperfusion strategy.The performance of multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) has been widely approved for use in coronary artery diagnosis.Atier intravenous inject contrast agent 5~15 minutes to take this examination call delayed-enhancement MSCT(DE-MSCT).Both of animal experiments and clinical studies were confirmed that assessment of myocardial viability by DE-MSCT had a good Correlation between MRI(magnetic resonance imaging),SPECT(single photon emission computed tomography) and PET(position emission tomography),demonstrated that it had an extensive application.
