雄激素性脱发的病因和发病机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 雄激素性脱发是最常见的一种脱发性疾病,其病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明。目前研究表明,雄激素及其受体和遗传因素在该病发病过程中起着重要的作用,另外血液流变学改变、应激等因素亦参与该病的发生。
