摘要
信息获取自由是指人们合法地获取所需信息的自由权利,信息获取的自由权利是人的一项基本人权,是读者的核心权利,它具有相对性,是图书馆提高服务档次的重要内容,我们在图书馆的工作过程中关于信息获取自由与读者产生冲突时,应及时、灵活地运用有关理论知识和实践经验解决问题,切实保证读者的信息获取自由权。
Information acquirement freedom refers to people＇ s legitimate free right of gaining information, the free right of information acquirement is a person＇s basic human rights, is reader＇s core right. It has relativity, and is an important content of library enhancement service. When we encountered with conflicts between information acquirement freedom and the reader in library work process, it is essential to adopt timely and flexible relevant theoretical knowledge and practical experience in problem solution so as to guarantee the free right of the readers in information acquirement.
