摘要 文章针对复杂配电网的结构特点以及可靠性参数存在的不确定性,应用馈线分区原理对具有子馈线的复杂配电系统进行可靠性区间评估:首先提出了配电网快速分区方法及其邻接矩阵构造方法,进一步构建了配电网区域节点,由此建立区域网络模型;在该模型中用区间数代替元件的可靠性参数对复杂辐射状配电网进行可靠性区间评估,并推导出考虑计划检修的可靠性参数区间公式;最后通过算例分析说明了本文所提方法的有效性。 Aimed at the structural features of complex distribution networks and the uncertainty of reliability parameters, by use of feeder partitioning principle the reliability interval evaluation for complex distribution system with sub-feeders is conducted. Firstly, a fast partitioning method for distribution network and the construction method for its adjacency matrix are proposed, then the regional nodes of distribution network are further constructed and from this a regional network model is reconstructed; secondly, in the reconstructed model the reliability interval evaluation of complex radial distribution network is performed by means of substituting reliability parameters of components with interval numbers, and the reliability parameter interval formula is derived while the planned overhaul is taken into account; finally, through the analysis on calculation example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
