摘要
作者报道了14例鼾症患者在进行悬雍垂腭咽成形术前的侧位X线表现。咽空前后径<5mm者13例,8mm者1例,最窄者仅2mm,平均4.4mm。悬雍垂长度<25mm者7例,28～35mm者7例,最短者22mm,平均27.9mm。悬雍垂形态呈粗长者12例,粗短和细长者各1例。作者并对鼾症病因、咽部侧位异常X线表现及摄影要求等进行了讨论。
In this paper, X--ray findings of thelateral pharynx before uvulopalatopha-ryngoplasty in 14 cases of snoring diseasewere studied. The results are as follows.There is<5 mm in anterior-posterior air-way of pharyngeal cavity (13 cases), and8 mm (1 case), in diameter. Minimum2 mm, average 4.4mm. Thete is<25 mmlength of uvula (7 cases), 28--35 mm(7 cases). Minimum 22mm, averagelength is 27.9mm. Shape of uvula is thickand long (12 cases), thick and short 1case, thin and long 1 case. The etiology,abnormal X-ray finding and X-ray ex-amination of the lateral pharynx, etc.in snoring disease have been discus-sed.
