摘要
将可靠性设计理论与灵敏度分析方法相结合,并应用4阶矩技术,提出了基于4阶矩方法的可靠性灵敏度设计计算方法,讨论了具有非正态随机参数的机械零部件可靠性灵敏度设计问题,给出了可靠性灵敏度的变化规律,研究了设计参数的改变对机械零部件可靠性的影响,为机械零部件的可靠性设计提供了理论依据。
Let the reliability designing theory be combined with the sensibility analytical method and using the fourth ordered moment technique, the calculation method of sensitivity design of reliability based on the fourth ordered moment was put forward. The sensitivity designing problems of reliability of mechanical compo- nents that possesses non-normal random parameters was discussed. The variation rule of reliability sensitivity was presented. The influence of variation of designing parameters on the reliability of mechanical components has been studied, thus provided theoretical basis for the reliability design of mechanical components.
