摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定咳舒糖浆中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法:采用聚乙二醇HP-INNOWAXPolyethylene Glycol毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)载气为氮气;FID检测器;130℃恒温;分流比10:1。结果:薄荷脑在0.16～0.99μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.2%RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective ：To establish a GC method for determination of menthol in Keshu Syrups . Method： the HP-INNO-WAX polyethylene glycol（30m×0.32mm×0.25μm）was used, the nitrogen as crrier gas,the FID as detector, split ratio 10：1 ,the column temperature was 130℃. Results： the linear range of menthol was 0.16～0.99μg（r=0.9999）, the average recovry was 99.2% RSD=0.8%）（n=6）. Conclusion ： The mehod is simple and accurate.
