摘要
针对国内制造业信息化的发展现状及瓶颈,提出了创新的基于数据采集结合数据库技术的生产线信息化的实现方案。从系统设计、实现方案、软件及硬件几个方面详细论述了实施该方案的具体细节。通过上海采埃孚转向机有限公司生产实践证明,该方案具有成本低、运行稳定、可二次开发以及使生产线纳入企业的整个信息系统等优点,解决了困扰企业发展的生产信息管理问题。
The manufacture industries develop slowly, the new Scheme of realizing information of production lines has been put forward. A lot of detail information has been described in the field of system-designing, scheme, software and hardware. Practice in ZF Shanghai Steering CO. ,LTD. has proved that the scheme have many excellences such as lowcost, running stable, and secondary development. The management problem in production which confuse the company has been solved.
