摘要
分析并建立了弯曲井段的受迫弯曲摩阻计算模型,对新疆百口泉油田百乌18井、8607井完井管柱入井的井口载荷进行了计算。计算结果表明,所建立的摩阻计算模型误差小于±10%,验证了模型的准确度。该模型具有改进完井管柱的设计、使完井管柱下入阻力减小、预测实钻井眼中完井管柱下入的可能性等优点。
With the wide use of well completion of reentering horizontal well drilling during the process of the well completion, the drag and strength problem of completion pipe string are important factors which can not be neglected. A drag calculation model of forced bending of bending section of well was proposed and analyzed. The hook load of running completion casing string in Bai21 block and Baiwu18 of XinJiang BaiKouQuan Oilfield was calculated as well. The results indicated that the error of drag friction calculation model is less than ± 10%, which accuracy of the model was verified. The experiment showed that the model has some exeellenees, such as improved design of completion pipe string, the reduced drag of running completion casing string and forecasting the possibility of running completion casing string in real well bore.
