摘要
目的:分析我院住院患者抗生素的使用情况。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年1月～2007年12月的住院病历29248份。结果:住院患者抗生素的使用率2006年为86.77%,2007年为85.72%。其中单一应用抗生素的使用率2006年为66.25%,2007年为67.04%;二联抗生素的使用率2006年为19.59%,2007年为19.84%;三联抗生素的使用率2006年为0.83%,2007年为0.56%。抗生素的使用合格率仅为80%,在抗生素的不合格使用中,预防性使用抗生素时间过长的占不合理用药的30%;抗生素的选择针对性不强,未根据药敏结果正确选择抗菌药物的占不合理用药的5%;抗生素用法用量不正确的占不合理用药的45%;未注意特殊人群用药问题的占不合理用药的8%;不合理联合使用抗生素的占不合理用药的12%。结论:抗生素在住院患者中的使用率过高,抗生素使用合格率过低。
OBJECTIVE ： To analyze the utilization of antibacterials in hospitalized patients in our hospital. METHODS ： A total of 29 248 medical records in our hospital from Jan. 2006 and Dec. 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS ： 86.77 % of the inpatients in 2006 and 85.72 % in 2007 received antibacterials. Of all the antibacterials, 66.25 % in 2006 and 67.04% in 2007were used in single kind, 19.59% in 2006 and 19.84% in 2007 were used in bigeminy, and 0.83% in 2006 and 0.56 % in 2007 in trigeminy. The use of 80 % of the antibaeterials was qualified. Among the antibacterials which were used irrationally, 30% involved prolonged preventive application, 5 % were irrational in that the choice of antibiotics were lack of specificity and the use of antibiotics was not based on the drug susceptibility test, 45 % were irrational in administration and dosage, 8% took no consideration of the medication of special crowd, and 12% were irrational in drug combination. CONCLUSION ： The proportion of patients receiving antibaeterials was too high and the rate of aualified use of antibaeterials was too low.
