开封市460名儿童微量元素调查及相关性分析 被引量:3

Investigation of trace elements in 460 children in Kaifeng City and their relative analysis

摘要 目的:调查开封市2~6岁儿童全血微量元素(Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Zn)和铅状况,以便制定合理的膳食结构,纠正儿童不良的饮食习惯和行为,保障儿童的生长、发育。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度仪和阳极溶出电解仪分别对儿童全血微量元素和铅进行测定。利用SPSS11.0统计软件包进行数据处理,对不同年龄、不同性别间进行F、t检验作统计分析。结果:以平均值±1倍标准差的形式来表示所有儿童全血微量和铅的测定结果如下(x±s):Fe,(8.30±0.79)μmol/L;Ca,(1.59±0.14)mmol/L;Zn,(70.68±9.45)μmol/L;Cu,(15.56±3.42)μmol/L;Mg,(1.68±0.14)mmol/L;Pb,(0.354±0.130)μmol/L。除Mg、Cu缺乏较少外,Ca、Zn、Fe的缺乏和铅中毒都占相当的比例,各元素间除血铅性别间差异有显著性外,其它元素性别、年龄间差别均无显著性。结论:开封市2~6岁儿童全血Fe、Ca、Zn缺乏和铅中毒有相当高的比率,Mg和Cu缺乏的比率较低。 Objective:To investigate the trace elements(Cu,Fe,Ca,Mg,Zn) situation of whole blood among children with 2~6 years old in Kaifeng City,so that to formulate the rational diet composition and rectify children′s unhealthy diet habits and behaviors,and promote children′s growth and development.Methods:The concentration of five kinds trace elements and Pb in the blood were assayed for all the subjects by using atom absorption spectral luminosity instrument and positive pole digestion electrolysis instrument,respectively.F test and t test were examined among age groups and between different genders using statistics software package SPSS11.0.Results:The mean concentration and standard error of Fe,Ca,Zn,Cu,Mg and Pb in the blood of all subjects were 8.30±0.79 μmol/L,1.59±0.14 mmol/L,70.68±9.45 μmol/L,15.56±3.42 μmol/L,1.68±0.14 mmol/L and 0.354±0.130 μmol/L,respectively.Amount of children occurred the deficency of Ca,Zn and Fe and plumbism.No significant difference of concentration of five trace elements were found between male and female and among different age groups.However,there was significant difference in blood Pb concentration in the different gender.Conclusion:The ratios of deficiency of Fe,Ca and Zn and plumbism are relatively high,while the ratios of deficiency Mg and Cu are rather low.
