摘要
运用结构有限元的方法对直升机一体化齿轮轴结构进行模态分析,提取前10阶固有频率。并以轴的厚度作为设计变量,以其低阶固有频率加权值作为目标函数,采用零阶和一阶相结合的方法对结构进行了优化。提高了结构的低阶固有频率,最大限度的避免了共振的发生。为下一步的动态响应及模型修改提供必要的依据。
A dynamic fnite element model of an Integrative Gear Shaft was established. With the help of Ansys,the structure of the Integrative Gear Shaft is analysed and the first 10 modes are obtained respectively.Then,the thickness of the gear shaft is taken as design variable and low inherent frequencies as objietive. With subproblem approximation and first order optimization together,low inherent frequencies are improved in order to avoid resonance, h is useful for dynamic response and model modification.
