摘要
阐述了健康体育的概念与作用,提出了应从体育师资培育的教学观念、教学内容、教学方法来入手,充分提升健康体育教育精神指导下的体育师资的实际教学能力。
The article elaborated the concept and the function of the healthy sports, and proposed that we should promote the sports teachers＇ field research ability which came under the full promotion healthy sports education spirit instruction through the teaching idea, the course content and the teaching method.
