摘要
锌试剂(ZCO)已用于光度法测Cu(Ⅱ)(0.2~6ppm)、Zn、Ga、Hg(Ⅱ)、Ni等,也用作配合物滴定的金属指示剂。在Na_2CO_3(0.3mol/L)+NaHCO_3(0.05mol/L)介质中,锌试剂给出二个波E_p_1=-0.64V,E_p_2=-0.37V(vs.SCE,J_p-2机上,下同)。我们发现在该介质中,蓝色的Cu-ZCO配合物给出一很灵敏的配合物吸附波,Ep=-0.78V,峰电流与Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在1.0~70.0ng/ml范围内成正比。讨论了该波的特性和机理。
Zincon(ZCO) gives two adsorptive waves in a medium of Na_2CO_3(0.3mol/L)-NaHCO_3 (0.05mol/L): E_(p1)=-0.64V,E_(p2)=-0.73V (vs SCE, the seame below). The blue Cu-ZCO complex gives a quite sensitive complex adsorptive wave in that medium: E_p=-0.78V. The peak height is linearly proportional to Cu(Ⅱ) concentration over the range of 1.0 to 70.0 ng/ml. The behaviour and mechanism of such a wave have been discussed.
