摘要
目的比较齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效。方法将符合条件的74例首发精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,分别给予齐拉西酮(齐拉西酮组)和利培酮(利培酮组),进行8周系统治疗,用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估其临床疗效;以副反应量表(TESS)和有关实验室检查评定副反应。结果治疗后两组患者PANSS评分均明显下降,两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05),但齐拉西酮起效较快,对阴性症状的疗效更好;齐拉西酮组的副反应发生率低于利培酮组,但差异无显著性;两组药物引起的副反应均为轻度或中度,表现有所不同,患者耐受性好。结论齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效相当,齐拉西酮对阴性症状的改善好于利培酮;两者副反应较轻,副反应表现有所不同。两种药物均为疗效好、安全性高的抗精神病药物。
Objective To compare the efficacy of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of first--episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 74 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly assigned into two groups. One group was treated with ziprasidone and the other group with risperidone for the treatment of 8 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated with were evaluated efficacy Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale （PANSS）and side effects with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）, and related lab tests. Results After treatment,the scores of PANSS in both groups decreased, but there were no statistical difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. However,ziprasidone took into effect more quickly. Significant difference was found between two groups in the reduction rate of scale about negative symptoms（P〈0.05）. The side effects of ziprasidone were lower than those of risperidone,but the difference was not significant. The side effects caused by the two medicines were slight or morderate. The tolerance of suffers was better and the appearance of side effects varied. Conclusion Ziprasidone is as effective as risperidone for treating schizophrenia with fewer side effects and takes into effect more quickly. Ziprasidone could have better effect than risperidone in the treatment of negative symptoms. Two drugs both are effictive and safe antipsychotie drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia.
