摘要
提高办学效能是我国高校改革的重要内容,因此加强对管理人员职业素质和工作行为改进的研究具有重要的现实意义。目前高校职员的人力资源管理存在内容单一、标准模糊和技术手段落后等问题,导致职员的工作效率低下。本文认为基于胜任力的行为绩效管理,是适合高校职员工作特征的管理方式,因而在对中层职员胜任力研究成果的基础上,构建了针对中层的考核与人力资源规划、培训和职业发展、薪酬设计等基本管理内容与原则。
To improve organizational efficiency is the important content in higher education innovations, so to enhance the professional qualities and working methods has more important practical meanings. Nowadays, there lies some problems in administrative staff performance management, such as the poor performance contents, equivocal standards and less - developed measuring skills and methods. This paper thinks behavior performance management based on competencies is more suitable for administrative staff, so constructs the HR contents and steps of mid - class administrative staff's competencies.
