摘要
论述了国内外新型精密注塑机的合模机构,分析了几种液压式合模装置工作原理,特别对电动式合模机构丝杆螺母的具体传动形式进行了比较。在此基础上,设计了中小型注塑机的电液复合式合模装置,包括机构布置和传动形式设计等,探讨了其区别于其他合模机构的精密、高效的优势。这一新型合模机构可满足精密塑料制件的成型要求。
The paper reviewed several new types of clamping units of precision injection molding machine, analyzed the mechanical principle of some hydraulic structures of clamping units, especially compared the concrete transmission forms of the guidescrew nut in electric toggle clamping unit. Based on it, designed the hydraulic/electric combined damping unit in small and middle size injection molding machine, which included the structure layout and the design of transmission form. With its advantages of precision and high efficiency distinguished from other clamping units, the designed unit can meet the requirements of precision injection molding of plastics.
