摘要
采用有限单元法对SKR-4DL绕线机箱体进行模态分析后,利用虚拟仪器对箱体进行振动特性的在线检测。NI公司的PCI-6221数据采集卡被用于虚拟仪器的信号测量与数据采集,Labview软件平台被用于虚拟仪器的数据采集、分析及结果输出的开发,从而构筑了一台完整的虚拟仪器。利用此仪器测试出绕线机的振动频率,并与有限元软件ANSYS计算的结果进行了对比分析,初步确定箱体存在着共振现象,分析了产生共振的原因。
After the modal analysis of the housing of the SKR-4DL type winding machine with finite element method, the virtual instrument was applied to the on-line vibration property testing on the housing. A PCI-6221 data acquisition card of NI company was used for signal measurement of virtual instrument and data acquisition, the Labview IDE was used for the development of the data acquisition, analysis and results output software module, as a result a whole virtual instrument was built. By the virtual instrument, the on-line vibration property analysis was carried out, and at the same time the testing results were compared with the results calculated with finite software ANSYS. Thereby the existence of the housing resonance was primarily confirmed, and the reason for the housing resonance was analyzed.
