IL-1β对新西兰兔下丘脑前列腺素受体EP3亚型表达的影响 被引量:3

The effect of IL-1β on the expression of prostaglandin E receptor subtype EP3 in the hypothalamus of rabbits

摘要 为了观察IL-1β对新西兰兔下丘脑前列腺素受体EP3亚型表达的影响,本实验用IL-1β复制新西兰兔发热模型,并用免疫组化方法检测兔下丘脑内侧视前区(medial preoptic area,MPO)和正中视前区(median preoptic area,MnPO)前列腺素受体EP3亚型的表达。结果表明:静脉注射IL-1β可引起新西兰兔体温升高,最大体温上升幅度(maximal raise altitude of temperature,△T)及1h体温反应指数(temperatu reresponse index,TRI1)均高于对照组;同时,注射IL-1β后,下MPO和MnPO前列腺素受体EP3亚型的表达明显增强。上述结果提示:MPO和MnPO神经元前列腺素受体EP3亚型表达的增强可能是IL-1β引起发热的中枢机制之一。 To observe the effect of IL-1β on the expression of EP3 in the hypotha/amus of rabbits. The expression of EP3 in the media/ preoptic area (MPO) and median preoptie area (MnPO) of hypothalamus was detected by method. The results showed that the colonic temperature raised gradually after i. v. IL-1β. The AT( maximal raise altitude of temperature) and TRI1 ( tempera- ture response index) of IL-1β treatment group were higher than that of control group. The expression of EP3 in the MPO and MnPO of IL-1β treatment group raised markedly compared with the control group. The present results demonstrate that the increase of EP3 expression in the MPO and MnPO after i, v. IL-1β may be one of the mechanisms of IL-1β-induced fever.
