摘要
社会保障基金投资运营机制的完善,关系到社会保障基金的安全和有效运行。通过对国外发达国家社会保障基金投资运营状况进行比较分析,不难发现我国与这些发达国家存在较大差距。我国应借鉴发达国家的先进经验,完善我国社会保障的法律法规,提高社会保障管理组织的管理效率,拓宽我国社会保障基金的投资运营渠道,健全我国社会保障监管体系。
The perfection of investing mechanism of social security fund is related to its safety and effective operation. Comparing the investing and running situation of social security fund between China and foreign developed countries, we find out the gaps between them. Thus we should take their advanced experience for reference, improve our own laws and regadations, increase management efficency, enlarge, investing channel, and perfect our supervising system.
