摘要
目的:建立牛胆汁中胆酸HPLC含量测定的方法,为制定中药炮制辅料牛胆汁的药用标准打下基础。方法:采用5C18-PAQ Waters柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(72∶28∶0.2)为流动相,流速1ml/min;蒸发光检测器载气流速2.2L/min,漂移管温度85℃。结果:胆酸在1.648μg~4.944μg,呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.48%,RSD为4.2%。结论:本方法准确,简便,重复性好,可用于牛胆汁中胆酸的含量测定。
Objective: to establish the assay method to detect the cholalic acid in bills bovina by HPLC to establish the base to institute drug standard of processing clruas adjuvant bills bovina. Methods: the 5C18 - PAQ Waters Collumn(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was used and mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(72:28:0.2). The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The evaporation photodetector flow rate of carrier gas was 2.2 L/min. The drift tube temperature was 85℃. Results: the cholalic acid had linear correlation during i. 648μg-- 4. 944 μg( r = 0. 9998 ). The average recovery was 99.48 % and the RSD was 4.2 %. Conclusion: this method is exact, convenient and good reproducibility and could use the assaying cholalic acid in bills hovina.
